Dear Sir or Madam,

Thank you for your valued enquiry and we are pleased to offer you the mentioned equipment with the conditions and terms as follows

Komatsu Vietnam JSC has been appointed the exclusive KOMATSU authorized Distributor in Vietnam.

1. SPECIFICATION AND PRICE

1. KOMATSU BATTERY  FORKLIFT – 100% BRAND NEW.

* This price is at site price, not included VAT 10%

2. TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Payment Terms

- The Buyer shall deposit 30% of total amount to the Seller right after signing contract.

- The remained amount 70% of contract shall be paid within 7 days after delivery machine.

- Currency : By VND.

2. Delivery

- As above in Buyer’s factory in Vinh Phuc.

- Upon delivery, the Seller shall have Komatsu technical expert check the quantity and quality of the equipment to find out any failure or loss due to any fault while packing or loading/unloading or transporting to the destination. The check is not limited to the equipment but also the parts, tools and enclosed technical documents and manuals. All expenses relating to Komatsu expert in this case shall be at the Seller’s account.

- For any equipment or part need to be supplemented or replaced at the Seller’s fault, the commodity shall be delivered at the Buyer’s site with all charges paid by the Seller. 

           3. Other Terms

- Packing : As Manufacturer’s Packing

- Truck condition : The truck will be delivered to Buyer’s job site. The Seller will send technical engineer to commission and training the operation, maintenance to the Buyer.

III. AFTER SALE SERVICE

1. Warranty

- The warranty period is 1,000 (one thousand) working hours or 12 (twelve) months from the delivery date, whichever comes first. Warranty service shall be provided by Komatsu Vietnam – the authorized distributor of Komatsu Japan for new Forklift.

- During the warranty period, KVN shall send a technical engineer to check the truck two times. KVN’s technical engineer shall inform to the Buyer the checking schedule before 48 hours.

3. Other Services

- Training for operators and maintenance are free.

- A preventive maintenance contract is enclosed for your consideration upon expiry of the warranty period.

- Spare Part will be available as per your requested.
